Evolved Healing offers personal life coaching services designed to help clients achieve their personal and professional goals. The coaching sessions may be conducted in person, via phone, or through video conferencing platforms.

2. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled sessions and notify Evolved Healing in advance if you need to reschedule.

• Take responsibility for your own progress and outcomes.

3. Payment Terms

• All coaching sessions must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Fees are non-refundable unless a session is canceled by Evolved Healing with less than 48 hours notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

Evolved Healing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, and clients are encouraged to seek appropriate help if needed.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services rendered will be due.

7. Changes to Terms

Evolved Healing reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. Your continued use of the services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of California.
